Swarm is a 3d on-rails shoot-em-up. You play as a spaceship trying to stop an invasion of robot insects.

Portal level transition shader


I wanted to create a cool transition for when the player travels from one level to another. I created a shader that looks like a portal and applied it to a cone mesh. Its not seamless since we could not stream our level loading but it connects the levels in a nice way.
